We do all the catering for all of our events as well as bar service! When you book with us you are getting three of your biggest vendors checked of the list!

No, you do not. We are always happy to recommend vendors who have worked at our venue and have done a superb job to enhance your experience, but you are more than welcome to bring in other licensed & reputable vendors.
is there a food and beverage minimum?
No! We strive to be as flexible as possible and we want to encourage you to make your day exactly what you want it to be.
when does the venue close?
Our venue closes at 11:00 p.m. Last call will be at 10:45 p.m., and all live entertainment must cease at 11:00 p.m. We do allow an additional hour to collect your belongings and exchange goodbyes with your wedding guests.
what is the difference between our venue host and a wedding planner or coordinator?
Your venue host is an employee of the Crescent Ballroom and Stubborn Brothers. They are there to ensure that everything venue-related is a success on the day of your wedding! They will also be there to answer any questions and smooth out any bumps. A wedding planner is a separate vendor that is involved from day one in assisting with design, vendor coordination, invites, seating charts and so much more! We do not offer wedding planning services but we’d be happy to help you choose one! Choosing the addition of a wedding planner ensures that you have the help of an experienced wedding professional in every step of the process.
